We normally ship all packages via Federal Express, 2nd Day Delivery. For orders under $300 shipping, handling and insurance is $25.50. For orders over $300 shipping, handling and insurance is FREE! For Overnight Delivery, please click on the Overnight request selection as you complete the order process (Additional $15.00 Charge).

The shipping address must be the same as the billing address. Orders are processed after credit approval and could take 1 to 2 business days. Once credit has been approved jewelry that has to be hand crafted may take up to 10 business days to complete and ship. Once hand crafted jewelry has been completed the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Delivery or Overnight (if requested). As soon as the order is shipped an email is sent with the ship date, tracking number and direct link to rapidly track your shipment. Some items offered for sale on this website are available for shipping which will be shipped within 3 days. However, if an item is backordered, we will notify you by phone or email. At this time we do not ship internationally.
ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT. Therefore we must have a street address, PO Boxes are not permissible. If you are unable to sign for a shipment and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The shipment will have a return address labeled Lana Design, LP and your credit card charge will be labeled finejewelryoffaith.com.

A return authorization is required from us. Call or email us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and we will do our best to resolve any displeasure that you have. Please note in our warranty section that we do not give a refund for personalized jewelry nor for shipping and handling charges unless the item was defective.
